STEP 1
You Sponsor an Agent
When an agent joins Society and names you as their sponsor, they're permanently attached to your Level 1 — no paperwork battles, it's recorded in your Society Share agreement.
STEP 2
They Close. Society Collects.
On every closing, Society keeps its company-dollar share (e.g. 15% on Partner, capped at $15K/agent/year). That pool — Society's money, not the agent's — is where Revenue Share comes from.
STEP 3
You're Paid a Share
You earn a percentage of the company dollar your network generates — highest on Level 1, then Level 2, then Level 3. The agent's own commission is never touched.
STEP 4
It Compounds
Your Level 1 agents sponsor their own — opening your Level 2, then Level 3. Deeper levels unlock through qualifying attraction and productivity, and the income renews every year they produce.
