Our maximum-economics model for experienced agents: 85/15, $15K cap, 100% after cap, $0 monthly brokerage fee — plus office, broker support, Marketing Studio, training and Revenue Share eligibility.
What is Society Premier?+
Our maximum-support model: 80/20 to a $15K threshold, then 90/10 — with Society investing directly in your listings through qualifying photography, signage, listing marketing and priority Marketing Studio access. Program terms apply.
What happens after I reach my cap?+
Society Partner agents keep 100% of their commission after reaching the $15K annual cap. Premier agents move to 90/10 after the $15K threshold.
Does Society charge monthly brokerage fees?+
No. Every Society model carries a $0 monthly brokerage fee — and there are no franchise fees, royalty fees or traditional desk fees.
Does Society offer Revenue Share?+
Yes — Society Share has 3 levels, paid from Society's company dollar. Your sponsored agent's commission is never reduced. Subject to program terms, eligibility requirements and applicable law.
Does Society provide marketing?+
Yes. Society Marketing Studio gives agents listing graphics, social content, branding, campaigns, presentations, video and photography — powered by Society Marketing Agency.
Does Society provide photography and signage?+
Enhanced listing benefits — including qualifying photography and sign installation/removal — are available through Society Premier and qualifying Society marketing programs.
Do I have to use Society's CRM?+
No. Society offers technology options with flexibility — use our stack or keep the tools that already work for your business.
Does Society provide leads?+
Qualified Society agents may gain access to company-generated opportunities under separate lead compensation agreements, with CRM, follow-up systems and conversion coaching behind them.
Does Society have office space?+
Yes — a professional office at 59 Mine Brook Road, Suite 300, Bernardsville, NJ: client meetings, conference space, training and collaboration, with no traditional desk fees.
Can new agents join?+
Yes. Society Launch is built for new agents: structured training, assigned mentorship and hands-on support, graduating into Society Partner after completing program milestones.
Does Society provide mentorship?+
Yes — Society Launch includes assigned mentorship, and every agent has direct access to the broker for guidance and growth planning.
Can I bring my Team? Can my Team keep its brand?+
Yes and yes. Society Teams supports team branding, flexible internal splits, reduced team economics and recruiting support. Qualified teams receive preferred economics based on structure, production and size.
Does Society charge franchise or royalty fees?+
No. Society is Independent by Design — no franchise fees, no royalty fees, local leadership and direct broker access.
Is transaction coordination available?+
Yes. Optional professional transaction coordination is available to Society agents through Society Concierge — deadline tracking, attorney communication, inspections, appraisal, title and closing preparation.
